SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

About the Role: Join our innovative team in Dublin as a Senior Data Scientist, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our AI capabilities for the construction sector. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build in-house AI products and extract insights from our rich data sets, contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of our energy and construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models using Tensorflow to enhance construction site operations.
• Design and deploy scalable API solutions to integrate machine learning models with cloud platforms.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends related to energy consumption and construction site efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to define project requirements and deliver outcomes that meet business needs.
• Utilize React for front-end development to visualize data and model outcomes effectively.
• Conduct data pre-processing and feature engineering to improve model performance.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models to production within cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in API development and integration.
• Proficiency in Tensorflow for building and optimizing machine learning models.
• Experience with React for front-end application development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with construction industry data and practices.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
